 In this global development era, an employee plays a major part in fulfilling the company’s objectives within the organization structure. Employee performance will influence the company’s achievement in the present and the future. Thus, encouraging the employee by offering them compensation such as high salary, holiday, and promotion that can enhance increasing employee’s performance. In order to select the best employee of the year, the Neutrosophic Multi-Criteria Decision Making Approach (MCDM) method is used in this study. The method will evaluate 4 criteria and 22 sub-criteria in this study using an Excel Spreadsheet. The result of the evaluation indicates the best employee with the highest priority of work performance.
